Brunel Award
The BLS Alptransit Ltd won a Brunel award for excellent architectural design for the visible parts of the Lötschberg tunnel.
We congratulate BLS Alptransit Ltd for winning this award and are happy that we were able to contribute significantly to the technical infrastructure of the Lötschberg tunnel with our innovative Train Control System AF.
The prize was won in the 3rd category „Technical Infrastructure and Environment“. The competition is named after the famous British railway engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel and awards the best railway projects of our time.
