We are a supplier of cutting-edge Train Traffic Management Systems. With us you work in a challenging, international atmosphere where you can make a change by supporting public transport with energy-saving software solutions. Not only do we develop challenging optimisation systems, but we also offer consulting and training services to our customers in the traffic and transportation industry.
In our intellectually rich environment on the bridge between academia and industry we work with the latest technologies and infrastructure. With its breath-taking views to the tracks, our location directly within the railway station of Zug is hard to beat – 59 seconds to catch a train. On top of that, our employees play with our model railway – and actually are getting paid for that!
For our projects we are looking for a
Computer Scientist/Software Engineer
(Bachelor/Master/Doctorate-level) for a long-term position. You will take full responsibility in developing subprojects. You will negotiate the requirements with our quality-oriented customers, specify, design and implement the respective components. After a rigorous test phase you will integrate your solution with other components, which are partly supplied by third parties.
Our expectations are:
- You are good at reducing complex technical problems to the relevant aspects
- You are able to start solving tasks, even if at first the knowledge is incomplete
- You are a team-oriented communicator
- You are skilled in object-oriented design and implementation
- You work self-reliant, solution-oriented and with high precision
Are you attracted by the advantages of working in a small-sized enterprise with a flat hierarchy, a wide range of duties, early responsibilities, customer contact and little bureaucratic overhead? If so, we are looking forward to receiving your CV in electronic form, and a cover letter stating your motivation.
We look forward to meeting you soon.
